III. THE ESTATE'S "CONCIERGE" AND "GUIDE" SERVICES

For most of our Tenants, not only will our Estate provide some wholly new experiences, but the region around it will do so as well.  Therefore, in order to maximise our Tenants enjoyment of the unique experiences awaiting them during their stay at Tourreau, we can offer the following additional independent Concierge and Guide services at the Tenant’s separate, direct cost:

• A Concierge who will:
- help the Tenant to plan his/her stay in advance, by suggesting a wide variety of activities available in the region around the Estate.  For those Tenants, who like to plan in advance, this service will enable them to arrive at the Château knowing exactly what their programme will be;

- greet the Tenant's party, when it arrives at the Château, so as to ensure that not only are they comfortably settled in, but that the Concierge familiarises them with the various facilities and equipment available for their use on the Estate; and

- be available during the Tenant’s stay to assist in all manner of things; from arranging picnics, to booking tickets for the theatre, opera, airlines and so on.

The cost of such Concierge services should be determined between the Tenant and the Concierge. The Tenant can then either directly, or through us, settle the cost of such services with the Concierge;

• The Guide:
- should a Tenant wish to retain the services of one of Provence’s most experienced multilingual guides (the Estate’s ”Guide”), we shall introduce the Tenant to;

- the Guide, who will provide whatever hours of services during the Rental period which the Tenant and the Guide mutually agree (we can provide some guidelines before putting both parties in touch with each other); including any advance planning the Tenant may require;

- the Guide, who will, assisted by our Concierge, be able to provide ideas and advance planning; and

- the Guide, who will be available both to accompany the Tenant's party on the desired excursions and, if necessary, to provide interpreting services.

The cost of such services should be determined between the Tenant and the Guide, with the help of the Estate's Concierge, if one has been hired. The Tenant can then either directly, or through us, settle the cost of such services with the Guide;

• An example of a Tenant's programme:

To give some idea of what can be arranged during a Tenant’s stay at Tourreau, with the kind permission of a former Tenant, we have reproduced below an example of 2 week’s activities, which were arranged for them during their stay at Tourreau by our Concierge and the Guide.
