RENT TOURREAU

I. The High-Season for the rental of all, or part of, the Estate, will be from:

-	The last Saturday of April up to, and including, the first Saturday of October.

	During this period, the Château de Tourreau can be rented only on a weekly basis, in whole (both the Château; with 9 bedrooms and the Farm; with 7 bedrooms) or in part (the Château only) - but not just the Farm only.

II. The Low-Season for the rental of all, or part of, the Estate will be from:

-	The first Saturday of October up to, and including, the last Saturday of April.
	(excluding the period of 15th December to 15th January and the period of the full week both before, and after, Easter Sunday - during which periods both the High-season Rental Fee rate and the weekly rental conditions will apply).

	During this period, either the whole Estate, or just the Château, or just the Farm, can be rented either on a "day-use" only, or for a minimum of two nights. In the case of Corporate Retreats/Meetings, Weddings or other similar Events; the Conference Room/Salon Provençal and/or the Chapel can be included in the Rental for such events. Other Rentals without such facilities are also possible.

In the case of either the High- or Low- Seasons' Rentals, the rest of the Estate (excluding the Chapel, the Conference Room/Salon Provençal and the Business Centre, which are, respectively, subject to separate rental conditions) will be included for the exclusive use of the Tenants.
